Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

Since our primary services involve the generation of digital reports based on unique birth data, orders for individual reports (Human Design Blueprint, Astrology Roadmap, etc.) cannot be cancelled once the report has been generated and delivered to your account or email.

For subscriptions, you can cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

As our services are digital and consumed immediately upon generation, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we value your satisfaction and will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Technical Errors: If a report fails to generate due to a system error on our end and cannot be provided within 48 hours.
• Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
• Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction was proven to be fraudulent.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at thecosmomantra@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the request.

Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
